Finally taking the plunge and selling my FL2. Prices seem a little high at the moment so I thought I would ask for a little price advice before listing it. It's a 2009 HSE Auto, 96500 miles with good service history. In the last three years it has had a reconditioned diff, throttle body, water pump and cambelt change and a new set of glow plugs. I have all the receipts. MOT till June with the next service due in September. Brakes are all good (front discs and pads replaced about four months ago) and it has General Grabber GT's all round with plenty of tread left on them. Bodywork and interior are excellent-the odd minor stone chip but nothing major. It is metallic silver with alpaca interior which is pretty rare. It drives really well-I have had 4 FL2's over the last 10 years and this drives as well as the 4 year old one I used to have. No rattles or whines, the auto box is super smooth and kicks down instantly when asked and the engine pulls well. I have set my heart on a HSE Lux so no turning back now and the only reason I am selling it. I was going to ask around £6000 for it. Opinions would be much appreciated as you guys know the market better than anyone. Not sure why the image has inserted rotated but you have all seen FL2's before!!

Autotrader free valuation is a good place to start

Many thanks for your feedback. WBAC came back at £5600 a few weeks ago. I was quite surprised at that valuation. I don’t think there is much they can chip the price down on but I am sure they will find something! |

I forgot to say-Autotrader pricing is coming in a little lower than WBAC and the trade. When I last checked on Autotrader mine was valued at £4400-at the same time WBAC offered £5600. This is partly why I am unsure what it is worth-that is quite a big difference. I was offered £5000 as a trade in at an independent Land Rover dealer though. |

Having read this thread I thought, I'll get a valuation on Autotrader for my car.

I sold my late 2010 facelift TD4 GS with about 87k on the clock, full service history, cam belt etc all done, reconditioned diff and a clutch and flywheel a couple of years back. Some marks on the paintwork, various marks on the alloys.
