Fuel filler cap retaining strap

Went to fill up with diesel today and the retaining strap that holds the cap to the filler flap broke. Anyone know if these are available as spare parts or do I need a complete cap?

Comes with the cap as far as I know. I replaced my filler cap and the strap came attached.
