Anybody else had a problem with getting a service quote from them?
I have rung 4 times now over two days and still not had a call back - maybe they can't service a petrol engine any more!

nope, I always receive great service from them , and for me they always price matched the local indy RCV 

actually, i called them monday, and still havnt had a call back - very strange.

might pop along for a free coffee. 

Cut backs maybe? costs them to call you?

I use the Edenbridge branch. Had the car serviced there on 22nd October but has to go back for a new door rubber to be fitted. Rang them this morning but service staff were busy. I couldn't remember the name of the guy I dealt with before but wanted to deal with him as he now knows how fussy I am. Got a call today but it was the wrong guy who knew who I was after & then he called me about an hour later so all seems ok there. (Past) Freelander 2 HSE 2010 MY In Rimini Red.
