The touch screen on my MY13 is failing(3 months after warranty expires) when the device is cold it acts as if the screen is being touched, so the map scrolls off to the arctic and back - not helpful.

We have laws in Australia, Fair Trading (NSW), hopefully you have something similar, even though the warranty has expired, where there is a reasonable expectation that the product should last longer they should be replacing it. 3 months out of warranty is not a good look!
