Oxygen sensor

Has anyone replaced an oxygen sensor, just wondering how easy it is, part 9F472 below?

Scotland 2012 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Auto Baltic Blue

If its like every other Oxygen sensor, it will be seized into the pipe, and need heated to remove
