Wheel offset question FL2, Evoque, Discovery Sport

I am looking at a DS which comes with 20" wheels, and want a 2nd set of 18" with winter tyres.
So, i started looking at evoque and FL2 wheels ( which I understand are interchangable across all sizes)

using this site as a source of data
I get the below.

for 18" Wheels, the evoque has ET45, whilst the FL2 has ET55 - but arnt they fully interchangeable between cars?
(wont having a larger ET mean the wheel sits closer to the strut?)
So, will 18" wheels off a freelander fit the DS which has ET45?

Confused Confused

United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Stornoway Grey

Easy one to answer.

Freelander 2 has ET55 as you have said. Fitting ET45 wheels from the Evoque or Disco Sport mean that the centre of the wheel will stick out by 10mm over standard. But perfectly safe and no side effects.

You can fit Freelander 2 wheels to Evoque or Disco Sport but to keep the offset the same you'll need to add 10mm wheels spacers. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

cheers,
have found some evoque wheels with correct et45 offset - the DS have my eye onis Phoenix Orange with the blackpack (20" wheels), and winter tyres for these rims are not only very expensive - but possibly a stupid idea.
18"s with winter tyres seem a better option ( so long as wheels powder coated black to match the black
