You might have a protected NCB but I bet your insurance goes up next year. I ran into a deer a few years ago and that's what happened to me. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

The area of the vehicle that used to be called the bumper is fairly useless on most new cars and Land Rovers are equally pathetic in this respect...... but in this case it looks like the crumply plastic has actually worked in absorbing much of the impact and hopefully the floor pan at the corner has escaped without much deformation. I reckon that if one took the bumper off and borrowed the hairdryer off her indoors (or him indoors ) you could pop that squidgy dent out. Still need a re-spray as body coloured paint finish long ago replaced the much more practical mat black plastic finish such as the D3 once had.

A neighbour did just that, he said his gatepost had moved from where it was yesterday, I said he must be imagining it, same as sometimes folk think their FL2 has risen in ride height. |

Was it an "old dear "and did she hit you with here walking stick ...( can do a lot of damage to your car if they get riled ) .... Wales Were the mud is thicker, and the ruts are deeper. (And we have the water to wash it off, and more on the way..! ) Sd4 and chrome Ar*e piece, Auto box for best fun 09 Xs Gone 12 xs Gone HSE with Leather seats and 4 years warrenty.. staying for now ! |
