If the car goes into limp mode you can plug this in and read the error code. or you could take it to the local garage and they will then charge you £45 to run a diagnostic. and then clear the codes and tell you its fixed.

Generally those kind of readers read only the generic error codes, like powertrain error codes.

cool I bought this one last week as my fl2 went into limp mode with mill lamp on cleared mill lamp and replaced mass air flow meter all for under £50 2009 FL2 S now gone
