Tenet jogging my young memory back to a couple of years I now seem to recall a similar problem in our MY13 D4 commercial which has a 4.2" screen. The dealers took a look and could not also get the rear park aid level to adjust. The reason they gave was that it was an entry model and this feature was only available on sat nav enabled vehicles.
