Does the weight of a motormover have to considered within the caravans MPTLM

Afraid it does have to be deducted from the allowance

I got my caravan rewrighted plates from 1600 too 1800 as often then plate them low to allow the caravan to be towed by more cars Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
