stereo not working

Hi all I could really do with a little help right this is what happened I left my window open and my drivers side electric window switch got wet I was due to go on holiday so hooked up my caravan and none of the taillights on the caravan were working checked all the fuses and found that the interior light fuse had blown so changed that and all was good as I thought.
Now the stereo and reversing sensors ain't working all I get is the landrover sign and then the clock I have checked the fuses behind the glovebox and they seem ok
Please can anyone help

My stereo done that today had the kids in the car when I went to get diesel left the cd playing for them. When I got back in started up the radio had no sound. Switched it off via the button it was then stuck on the land rover symbol. I parked up removed key then disconnected the battery waited a few minutes then touched + - lead together then reconnected which seamed to of worked for me. I even got a cheer from the kids when it worked.
Ps I have the same mid line stereo as yours seamed to be a ECU crash or module error. Thumbs Up

ICE fuses are in the RJB.
Try checking these.
If all ok then maybe try removing the Ring Break circuit. It's a flat metal strip that looks like it bridges a relay circuit. Remove for 5 mins and then replace. Should reset thE MOST network. MY15
