LR Sat nav

Can someone tell me what the capabilities are of the fitted LR sat nav fitted in a FL2 2010 (pre facelift) HSE spec.

Live traffic updates? Post codes? Vehicle configuration menus? Etc etc.

T.M.C is active and live, so you will get traffic messages and be offered a re-route if you believe Shocked
Possible to choose destination from post codes, and configure your speed on roads (for the ETA calculation)
