Wave ?

Do you wave or at least nod your head to other Freelanders ? When I had a Skyline we did , also when I went through my air cooled Volkswagen stage we even had a special wave Very Happy .

What do you do ?

Alex

Can't say I have either waved at a freelander 2 driver or ever noticed one waving at me...

Motor home drivers wave at each other but caravan towing drivers do not. Strange behaviour indeed.

Whenever I clock one I always want to stop them and ask what has broken on theirs Smile never done it as I assume I would be considered odd. FL2 TD4 GS 60 reg Facelift - so many issues
2019 DS. Terribly unreliable.
Sold DS for a 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. Fingers crossed....
Sold Outlander for a 2014 SD4 SE Tech because I’m mental
Now greatly regret selling the Outlander. MPG of the FL2 is atrocious and so are the fuel bills. Fun though 😎
Couldn’t afford the fuel bills so back to an older Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. Significantly better than I remembered it to be…

Trading in my Defender for a FL2 was hard enough without this reminder of what I am missing!

Still, at least I always get a wave when out in the Series LR. Mr. Green

No - they're too common a vehicle, with far more people driving them who aren't members on here than are.

You'd be waving all the time!! It'd be ridiculous.

Well, here in Athens I only see 1 or 2 per week, so when the freely arrives, will prolly test it out.

I'll wave a couple of times and see what kind of reaction I get, but not holding out any hopes...

If it's a YM with kids in the back, might refrain... it would look creepy. 2013 SE TD4 in Mauritius Blue [Written off]

What's the VW special wave? Maybe you should get a skyline and load it on a trailer that way you can technically wave at Skyline drivers Laughing 90% of STI drivers normally wave at me when driving an STI. Old skool Land Rover drivers used to wave to each it all the time! Times change I guess Whistle MY14 Kahn Converted Dynamic - Fuji White Ebony/Pimento Interior
