Fault code P0299 Turbo/Supercharger Under Boost

Has any one had this fault code, and more to the point how was it fixed?

I have had a new turbo and the EGR cooler was changed as it was cracked.

3 days later... fault code P0299. Car goes back to the garage next week.

P0299
yes loads of times. Every time I started up it went into reduced performance mode & triggered loads of faults this being one of many.
also had new turbo at 9000 miles and 1 year old but no difference.

Mine it appears was caused by a wiring fault ! but according to L/R they all do it.
Strange how now mines fixed, it hasn't done it since September 2011 even when towing.

The car is 5 years old and I only get the P0299. When pulling away you can tell that it's under powered, but 60 - 70 mph it is back to normal.

HAD THIS LAST TUESDAY, LR ASSIST GUY SAID IT WAS A LOOSE INLET PIPE!! TIGHTENED IT AND ALL WAS CURED, THEN IT RETURNED AGAIN THIS TUESDAY, LR ASSIST CAME OUT AGAIN THIS TIME THE GUY SAID IT WAS A VARIABLE VANE ISSUE WITH THE TURBO, TOOK CAR TO DEALER, WAS GIVEN A BRAND NEW DISCO 4 HSE BY ENTERPRISE.
GOT CAR BACK LAST NIGHT, BOTTOM INTERCOOLER PIPE WAS SPLIT, THEY ALSO SWAPPED THE TOP RADIATOR HOSE AS IT HAD BEEN RUBBING ON THE ENGINE COVER, ALSO SWAPPED, AND THE TIMING BELT COVER AS THE BRACKET THAT HOLDS THE INLET PIPE WAS BROKEN, REALLY PLEASED WITH THEM THIS TIME, LAST TIME THEY HAD THE CAR IT RETURNED WITH MORE ISSUES THAN IT WENT IN WITH, SO MY FAITH HAS BEEN RESTORED, FOR THE TIME BEING

I have this... where do I start?

It happened 2 weeks ago and I cleared it - only came up with the error, did not effect performance or anything.

Anyway it went away for 2 weeks and just raised its head again....

not what I need right now... hoping its a split pipe or something but where do I look?

My final fix was "fault traced to perished O rings and flap arm in inlet manifold damaged - replace with new" LR006680 Manifold - Air Intake LR005364 Gasket - Intake Manifold Total price (2012) £259.54 at main dealer. So probably didn't need the new turbo and EGR cooler!
