Besides that link being for a Freelander 1, they are crap. It only over fuels by fooling the ecu, a proper remap as mentioned above is the better option. |

Don't waste your time with a chip.. rather get a remap and yes, it is well worth it! |

The picture in the ad says it all....much speed sounds like a Jeremy Clarkson cliche.

I have used the "Bluefin" remap and the "Tunit" box, never had any problems with them both. No difference noticed between them. If you go for an add in box, don't buy crap, do your research first. |

I hear Alive Tuning give generous discounts to forum users! Worth a call perhaps?

I don't think I've run a banner advert on this site for quite a few years tbh, but still contribute a sizeable sum each month to Martin, for sponsorship of most of his forums, and have done for several years.

I can see from the info box that you are....but I'd never seen a post from you to be aware of that until this evening. If you'd been in the sponsors gallery I'd already have been aware ;-)

Gary did my fl2 last year and as usual I had great service and I now have a car that is 100% better. He also did my old D2 and a friends fl1 yesterday at the donnington show which he is very happy with,I can't recommend Gary and his company highly enough. |

Hi Paul, when you '100% better', what do you mean? What has improved and by how much? Thanks. |

The way it drives is just better when I accelerate its instant with no lag and doesn't kick down anywhere as much as it use to.Towing my caravan is also much improved especially on the hills as it stays in a higher gear now much longer hardly ever kicking down. |
