A tip...

There are three sections of each LPA to be completed A, B and C. When signing each section they must be dated in the correct sequence ie A must be first followed by B and then C. Alternatively it is ok if they all have the same date

It is all actually detailed in the guidance notes but nevertheless still caught me out first time round
