Same question! The cold weather meant my freel wouldn't start at all yesterday. Gave it a jump and it's ok again but it's inly a matter of time before this battery kicks the bucket. Anyone bother fitting an odyssey? Or do you just go to halfords? |

I'd go for an Exide Premium: http://www.tayna.co.uk/067TE-Exide-Car-Bat...P7499.html

The cold weather has shown up our original 2007 battery, so it has just been replaced with one of these

I replaced my battery (original battery) this week on my 07MY with one of those yuasa batteries from Halfords,I would suggest shopping around though as My brother got mine for £75. |

Several threads on here regarding batteries - do a search. Only the stop-start models have AGM batteries. The extra expense is not justified for other models and as stated above, you would need to remap the charging system. If yours is a 2008 model I assume you have a normal battery. The Exide has been used by many on here including myself - not sure what is available in your neck of the woods though. Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone

He got it from one of his suppliers but a Google search will provide more suppliers,a quick search of the bay I found this item number eBay Item No. 261695804422.The car is definitely starting better with it so far I'm pleased with it and with a 5year guarantee you can't go wrong. |
