Random compartment

I was just wondering what people use the little hole next to the interior light dimming switch for.

I tried keeping my key in it but its not ideal and other than that, I have no idea what it is for.

LR Dealer said it was designed for the car key fob thingy but told me to be aware that it could fall out onto the floor or worse outside……..so I put mine on the tray in front of the gear lever. Confused Gone:

??

Has this micro storage compartment been added because the key fob no longer slides into the dashboard as it does on older FL2s? If so, I'm not sure what the point of the design change was? Confused Life is not a dress rehearsal!

It's designed to keep what loose change you have after going in for a service. Wink
