Wheel arch covers

I've had a little mishap in a carpark and put a small ding in my near side front wing/wheel arch.... On the evoque they've got a little black trim that covers the exact same area as my ding Big Cry

Is there anything similar for the fl2?? Or will the evoque ones fit with some fettling??
