I do indeed, but we'd better not go there or we'll have the mods shouting at us!
I suspect some form of traffic lights would be the answer, and would probably be the best way of dealing with increasing throughput, in the same way that traffic lights have replaced mini roundabouts in a number of high-throughput road traffic situations.
Too true, unfortunately. And it's not just stupidity - it's impatience and lack of manners too. Is it just around here where no one waits for a gap in the traffic before pulling out to pass an obstruction? Most just seem to go for it and rely on the oncoming traffic getting out of their way. At least we should be able to rely on automated vehicles to be polite and courteous! |
