I have recently bought a 2007 Freelander 2 and I have found that on different days when I take my foot off the footbrake pedal to place it back on the accelerator pedal there is a metallic sound as if metal is hitting metal. There does not appear to be any adverse effect of the braking. On other days there is no sound just as you would expect . Has anybody else come across this problem?
