Lol, it's the interior that I had the biggest dissapointment! What model year are you comparing it to if I may ask? I have a MY15. |

We have a MY13 Freelander. The interior of ours is good, leather, heated seats, nav etc but the DS felt more premium. But that driving position really grated on me. |

Aah Ok, I think its because when your sitting in FL2 your arm sits on the "pleather" part of the door trim whereas in the DS the door card part is hard plastic. I also disliked the centre console with the shinny cheap black plastic. It's really an "ordinary" dash design. I still think the Freelander 2's interior is a nicer place to be and yes I think this is partly due to the high seating position. |

I would place a 99% bet that the creak is coming from the vertical link between the front strut and the anti roll bar.
