low Noise > ball bearing or transmition

HELLO ALL!
i have a noise in the rear (like a ball bearing dead) or in my transmition. (before 20km/h t's ok)

there is a topic talking about that problem? (may be check the transmition oil or change it...) but i think it's not the problem...

HELP...

info: the LR2 have 80000km only
