A new knob used to be about £60 as you wasn't able to buy the spring on its own. |

before getting a spring or gear knob, get a flat blade screw driver and prise the bottom of the switch up and just to make sure it has snapped. The reason i say this is because on mine it was not the spring but a small white clip that had moved, after clipping it back in and closing the switch back it worked again. I6 WITH GAS CONVERSION

New knob delivered yesterday but I had to collect it today as I was not in, 15 mins later all fixed
