Suspension knock rear and noise on right handers

Hi everyone, got a 57plat FL2 GS.

1. Recently the ride is getting wallowy/bouncy and there's a knocking that seems to be coming from the rear end going over bumps. It doesn't happen every time but it's getting annoying now. At first I thought it was the rear seat juddering or the rear boot tray shelf but I've removed everything from the car and it still happens. Ride is bothering me a bit as it's felt like it's throwing me over the road.

2. Front right I'm getting a vibration noise on right handers. 4 wheel tracking done so no probs there. No vibration through the steering wheel. Noticable on the motorway and at slow speeds when turning right.

Any ideas greatly appreciated. Thanks

Sounds like a bush at the rear and a wheel bearing at the front, both relatively simple to fix Td4 XS manual, Orkney Grey, MY2014

Alternatively the noise from the front could be a CV joint Td4 XS manual, Orkney Grey, MY2014

If you're getting directional feedback it could be the stabiliser bar bushes as your rear wheel is developing 'self steer' due to the slack bush, but any of the bushes on the roll bar, stabiliser bar or drop link can manifest in a clonking noise. Get it checked because while it's worn you're also eating a tyre. On a 57 plate vehicle of any description I'd expect bushes to be at end of life. Td4 XS manual, Orkney Grey, MY2014

Yours is one of the early ones, 2007, check the top of the Struts on the Rear Suspension, early ones the rubber was to small and came loose, they modified it by fitting a bigger rubber .

Well....thought I'd update.

had suspension checked with one garage and went in to the well known tyre place who stuck it on their vibration plate. Guy went underneath, did a fairly thorough check in front of me and he couldn't find anything wrong. No leaks in the shocks, no play in the bushes. Springs all fine.

Neither the garage or KWFt checked the rubber on the top of the strut as they said the interior needs to come out te back for that.

They both did say the ride was very wallowy. My other half drove it a week ago and said it was driving very soft.

For me, I'm feeling like I'm being bounced from side to side inside the car and it's making me feel a bit nauseous at times.

Could it be something to do with the Terrain Response system? Is it locked in a mode that makes the suspension soft?

Tyres? Goodyear wranglers on the front. Pirellis on the rear.

Any ideas?

No - terrain response on a Freelander doesn't affect the suspension.
