Not sure on this, I can select the camera up to a point, after reversing and driving forwards, I then get a Tab that allows me to select the camera, but then where the Drive Away Locking engages I lose it. Will investigate further. |

I have never had the backup camera on an FL2, but the backup sensor display on the MY13 and newer stays on until 15 mph when the doors auto lock.

Andy, MY2014 Disco allows you to select and hold the rear view at any speed. At least, my loaner the other week did. If yours doesn't, there must be a way to enable it somehow Foraging near Gaydon.... —————————————— MY13 HSE Lux SD4, Baltic Blue - current, 30,000> miles without fault MY12 HSE 2.2 SD4, Sumatra Black - gone after 10 months/43,000 fault-free miles |

Did your one have the full Surround Camera System, think that will allow it. As it is I can do the same as what Nut has found be holding the by holding the Valet Tab for 40 Seconds |

Think it's all down to the fact that the Discovery and Evoque can be fitted with surround cameras while the Freelander cannot. As a result the system in the Discovery and Evoque without surround cameras is subtly different to the one in the Freelander which is why you can select rear view in Discovery and Evoque but not a Freelander. |

As mentioned above I have played about with this and I don't think it can be activated whilst the car is in motion. MY14 Kahn Converted Dynamic - Fuji White Ebony/Pimento Interior

I thought maybe within the CCF there would be an option but as you can see from the readout of the Body Control Module there seems only to be either on/off (thxs for the info Jim Ni )
