England 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Auto Barolo Black

Same problem on mine like the motor has had its day I lubed all the system but its been doing it 2 years now so Ive finally bit the bullet and ordered a new motor and regulator mech.

But I cant find any info anywhere on how to fit it.

BTW my car is a 2007 and the mech I ordered from a breakers is from a 2010 car will this fit?
