Wizking's advice is good as far as it goes. However, if you set up the seat and the mirror then lock the car and come to it again with the other key fob the seat will not go to the memorised position.

I just copied from the handbook, strange they don't mention the fobs!! |

Heard about the fobs allegedly remembering the seat positions but it didn't on either of the two Freelanders I had, nor on the D4, Mrs Ad has one fob, I have the other, if one of us has been driving, the next one to drive has to press the allocated number. |
