Switched fuse position in luggage area MY 13

I need a switched fuse position in the rear box on my MY 13 SD4 XS. FB5 though FB8 appear to be live all the time even though I would expect them to go off with the ignition. Positions FB1 through FB4 do go off as expected. FB10 does appear to switched but I can't fit my piggy-back connector in there because of the relay next to it.

Is it normal for most fuse positions to be live with the vehicled locked and the key in the house? Confused GONE - '07 TD4 GS manual Zermatt Silver

I gave it 30 mins just to see. Is there any documentation that shows what fuses are switched and if they do have a delay? GONE - '07 TD4 GS manual Zermatt Silver
