United Kingdom 2008 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Santorini Black
macan vs evoque

auto express this week

Porsche has 2 more cylinders, smoother and many more hp's a better gear box and is only £1500 more (I've not compared it spec for spec)

so it seems the porsche is a better car, and evoque is found out as an overpriced freelander Confused

but on looks the evoque still wins by miles, but at £40,000+ a 6 cylinder evoque should be available.

Im not sticking the boot into the fl2 , more that evoque pricing is too much for the many fl2 bits its made from and the porsche is showing us that.

Try taking them off-road and then see how the Porsche fares. Evoque may be a ruined Freelander, but there's still a Freelander under there somewhere!

It's an easy choice for me - the Freelander is the only one of the three I would contemplate even for a second.

Scotland 2012 Freelander 2 TD4_e GS Manual Fuji White

What percentage will ever be used off road? Very little, so it will all come down to what school run mum will look the best in, with the Evoque being long in the tooth with very little Change from the first production one the Porsche will stand out so will be the clear winner 1995 P38 now dead

I saw an awesome school run car the other day... A Defender 110 double cab! Loaded up with kids being dropped off at the school gates. Now that's a proper 4x4! LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby

I have always said the FL/Evoque lacks a decent engine. And the Macan blows it away in this regard. And is more economical to boot! (Coming) 2016 RR Evoque td4 180 HSE Dynamc

England 2008 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Stornoway Grey

I think the Freelander beats the Porsche for appearance, and the Evoque must only appeal to the optically challenged anyway.......

Fifty grand is a tad steep too, surely. Ours - 2008 Stornoway Grey HSE Auto

Mine - 2014 Vespa GTS 300 Super Sport Matt Black
