I don't normally look down at the bum end of the form, but anyway, at least a real watch, not one of those rubbish quartz insults, or even worst a watch with an LCD!

Did you know that a watch that goes backwards is exactly right four times a day ? Most watches never show the correct time as they are either slightly fast or slow. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

If you want a watch with some serious precious metal with a bit of history have a look at the Christopher Ward website. They often do watches with a small slice of metal from historic cars or aircraft. My friend has one with a bit of the Le Mans Jaguar embedded..........

Just been roped in to help look after and wind the church clock. Its the same type of mechanism as in Big Ben. It's just had its 140 year service and had a few bearing replaced but after 4.5 billion ticks it looks in good condition and only gains about a minute a week. Only problem is that the 2 clock faces are driven through a gearbox which is on the level above in the tower so if it stops you need someone outside with a mobile phone to tell you what hour its reading. Setting the hour and quarter hour chimes is a separate procedure. Winding it up is like having a physical workout as there are about 1/4 ton of weights which raise and fall about 25 feet.
