I was looking at getting a few things together to put in my boot for winter, just incase I got stuck anywhere. I found a list on the AA website

Foil blankets only keep the heat you have in, they don't warm you up like a fleecy travel rug |

I never really venture too far from home in winter, it's a half mile drive so I just have weatherproof clothes and shoes

Is it good to have a small tool kit in your car? If so, what would you have in it? I've got a Swiss army knife, pair of scissors, 6 inch adjustable spanner and a posi-drive screwdriver. Do I need anything else? Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.
