Posted over on D4, nothing concrete yet, general consensus is a sensor, Remote for the Rear Entertainment has been mentioned over there also, also a sensor for monitoring the amount of light in the cabin is mentioned.

I wonder if it is an indicator that the hard drive is receiving new data, most PC's have something similar.

I would but my dealer is doing it through their channels. It will be interesting to know the answer and I believe it is something to do with the Meridian system and its 'trifield' sound sensing, probably wrong but my guess. |

My guess since theres not many ideas left is ambient low temp warning light or in mine and ad210358 case time to put the pond covers on light.
