2007 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Manual Santorini Black

Mav do you think we could retrofit the new style speedo with the cool screen in the middle ? When I die, I want to go peacefully like my Grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car

The 2013 MY dials can't be fitted, as the management and BCM (Body Control Module) is different, so it can't be programmed to older cars.

But the 2011 facelift versions will work. But you will need to by it new and have programmed to the car and have the mileage set. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

Got myself a 2013 surround on its way to me, but was thinking today can I really be bothered to remove my front bumper for the 4th time - and I came to the conclusion no I can't Rolling Eyes
Plus I'm not sure it's gonna look right without the signature front lights Whistle
Was also thinking the other day about the dynamic body kit I could of got hold of at a good price, but where does it stop Big Cry

2008 freely HSE that I paid £14.500 for, spent over £2000 on it with mods since April... Is it all dead money, will I get it all back on resale - no I don't think I will....
I'm happy with the look and mods I've done to date so I'm guessing its as far as I go with it. BETTER looking half of the famous Twinlanders

I totally understand what your saying Slaney.

So I look forward to seeing the new grill fitted Wink You know as well as I do that you will fit it.

I have just got back from Italy so will be doing mine soon. It is always dead money. I won't even add up what I have spent over the past 6 1/2 years on mine. But I do it for me. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

My last statement was not entirely true. It is not always dead money. Depending on what you do can add value to the car.

I have proven that on trade in values I have been offered and the comments dealers have made on wanting my car because it is something different. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

Last day off before work starts tomorrow. So thought I would get on and fit the grill.

First job was to remove the old one, which came off with relative ease.

Then I had to remove a few little plastic tabs and bond the new one in place.

Then put the headlights back in, and job done.

With the 2013MY fog light surrounds, I think it looks good! A little more up to date! Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

You can't, as there is not enough plastic left on the tabs to re-melt the tabs back on.

That was going to be my first option. But bonding it on is just as good. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........
