Any decent one should come with a calibration cert. I got mine from Halfords, I've not had any problems with it. Just need to find somewhere to re-calibrate it. |

Teng Tools wrenches (Screwfix and elsewhere) are excellent too. |

Agree with PAB Teng are real quality hand tools, if you want a quality torque wrench it will be expensive, look for Norbar, unless you are going to use one on a regular basis look for Draper, Clarke, and Halfords Profesionaln
