Which Torque wrench?

I need to buy a torque wrench is it a case of buying the most expensive that you can afford, a Britool, or are the cheaper ones with calibration certificates worth buying?

Any decent one should come with a calibration cert. I got mine from Halfords, I've not had any problems with it. Just need to find somewhere to re-calibrate it.

I got this one when I changed my front wheel bearings on the D3

Cracking bit of kit. Great for the road wheels etc, just a bit meaty for some smaller jobs.

I keep hoping that it's little brother will be on sale

Teng Tools wrenches (Screwfix and elsewhere) are excellent too.

Agree with PAB Teng are real quality hand tools, if you want a quality torque wrench it will be expensive, look for Norbar, unless you are going to use one on a regular basis look for Draper, Clarke, and Halfords Profesionaln
which are quality enough at a price to suit 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership
