Insufficient hydration

In the recent clement weather, I've been doing q a bit of work in the garden - chainsawing some small trees, renovating a conifer rockery, mowing, pruning, etc etc - and noticed that, if I take on insufficient fluids (water I mean, not wine / whisky etc which DON'T help...) then I feel shocking the next day or two - fatigued, bad-tempered, out of sorts - to the point where I'm amazed at how soon a lack of water can hit the system... ...

And you need to start drinking before you start to feel thirsty - in those conditions by the time you're thirsty it's already too late! (Better late than never, still, obviously.)

I feel the same when thirsty too

I can drink about 5 or so cup of tea, 1 or 3 cans of coke zero or isotonic orange drinks a day and then I drink a couple of cans of coke zero a night a pot of tea or two, occasional can of lager/cidre or bottle of wine, gin n tonic, Bacardi

So I think some days I need to drink more Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
