Can anyone shed light as to what picture 7 Means please?

Picture 7 is a picture of the tool provided to tighten the securing torx bolts

You place the tool into the torx bolt (which has a small indentation with a pin sticking up, so normal torx bits won't work) and you turn it to tighten the bolt.

The key has a plastic bit on it and when you have tightened it, the plastic flexes and the bit, lines up with the gap to show you have tightened them up enough Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

no problem

another tip:

the bars have a bit of give and take, i prefer to clamp them loosely and then stand at the front and line up the centre of the bars with the shark fin aerial as it can be a inch out to one side if you don't

looks better that way, only have to do it when you put them on, I just leave mind on all the time anyway  Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
