Door Courtesy Welcome Logo LED Light

Anyone fitted these
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2X-Gold-5-Gen-Ca...3a815f9e49

If yes what kind of image do they project on the floor

Already have lights in the bottom of the door cards and mirrors that just project a light on the floor - the misses as the courtesy Welcome Logo on her Evoque and they look quite good BETTER looking half of the famous Twinlanders

There is a great write-up by someone who has installed similar lights on his L322 here

Hope that helps.

You don't think such things are, erm, a little tacky? I guess it's not such an issue for the Evoque, the whole thing being a little tacky, but I'm not sure it really suits an FL2...

Haven't seen them myself but a friend of mine has just fitted a set of them to his Disco 2 and he reckons they are brilliant - he says they are very bright and the logo is very, very clear. He fitted them to the bottom of the front doors and he said (on his Disco) that you have to be careful to position them so that the windows don't touch them when fully down. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

Not my cup of tea, but the ones on the Evoque are nice being purposefully designed for the car. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

^^ agreed, designed for the car, looks good, especially when they are a line drawing of the evoque

some LED lights shining a LR logo on the floor, to me has a air of tackiness about them, a line drawing of the FL2 might be more subtle Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Well if all liked the same thing, it would be a boring little world wouldn't it.
