Never said you needed to remove the grill or the bumper Mav, I was just showing what the bumper looked like behind with all the clips

No issues what so ever. Take a bit nuts to make the first cut then your committed. TBH I heated up the bumper and grill with a heat gun prior to sticking down. I have a karcher pressure washer and give it good blast to get the bugs off. |

Yep, pretty much it, you can see the two bars cut out in the foreground of the second pic, the silver surround you can see is actually the HST grill. I was lucky enough to find a HST grill already painted with the surround in silver and the mesh part the correct shade of black for less than £30 off the bay of E. TBH, I was planning on doing the same when I bought a grill, but managed to find one pre-done and brand new. The previous grill owner couldn't bring himself to make that all important "first cut" |

I was aware of the surround beeping the HST surround, I was meaning in your photo with the HST grill all fitted in (second image) Can I still see the old surround still showing slightly behind the new one on the right hand side of the surround Lee BETTER looking half of the famous Twinlanders The wanna be other half - http://www.freel2.com/forum/member-carriec.html |
