Hopefully I'll be ready to place an order soon (I haven't actually driven a FL2 yet, so may not like it) but I'm being swayed towards the SD engine, applying selective maths means if I kept it for 3 years it's about ｣1 a day extra, about the same as a newspaper.
I never buy a paper, so I break even.

I am comparing from a back to back drive in an SD4 and TD4 150. The SD4 is quicker than mine off the line. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

I just wondered if they were both auto's as the TD4 auto is quicker than the manual.

Update

Just thought I'd close this topic off by letting you know that I have considered all that has been said above, checked out both of the cars involved and decided on the MY13 SD4 XS Auto. I pick the car up next Friday and can't wait!

Yes it is.

Must say until I saw it I wasn't convinced about the colour, as I had hoped to find one in Aintree Green, but beggers can't be choosers and now I've seen the blue I like it. It looks very smart with a black leather interior.

I'm sure you will enjoy it. Mauritius blue is my favourite colour. Bow down I might change my FL2 next year and hopefully it will be Mauritius blue. You will be the third member on this forum with a Mauritius blue FL2. One of them is picking theirs up on Saturday too.
