I have to admit, from the two shots you've given us for reference, I prefer the older style to the face-lift. But, I think the wheels on the lower shot make the car look more appealing and it's difficult to judge them both without those wheels hitting you in the face. However, when given standard off the shelf models side by side, I have to admit "even though I own a MY2010 model" I prefer the face-lift.

Obviously, I prefer the face lift bumper.
