Changed the power steering pipes and reservoir. High pressure hose disconnecting under pressure putting it down to cheap parts so hopefully originals will resolve. Corrado VR6 Mystic Blue - Gone

Hi Dave,
It's dark outside now, so I'll make a snapshot tomorrow.
Cheers,

Winter wheels off, summer wheels on. Shiny brand new set of wheel nuts to replace the existing original and very swollen set. No fighting to get the 21mm socket on or off was a joy. Thumbs Up

Installed a fresh set of wheel arch rubbers today. Clean paint underneath, and a spray of rust proofer.

Kind regards,
Redfox.

Took a look at the pcv crank ventilation unit on the top of the engine on my i6 3,2L and it was dated as the original assembly of the car.
No whining noise, no dirt inside and no oil consumption what so ever. But better be sure as the diaphragm can or rather will split at some point in time.
I bought the complete original one from Land Rover.

Kind regards,
Redfox.

Here's the picture of the tailgate in Izmir Blue, now with the facelift handle and a black contrast stripe that suits the black plastic panels, as I don't have them painted. It's an off-roader, not a Rolls Royce. I think it looks okay. I will add a facelift front bumper also with a black contrast stripe. later, as I cannot find any for sale. I also removed all lettering and added a new original SE i6, not on the normal position, but opposite the round Land Rover badge. Simplifies matters and still looks not too naked.

Kind regards,
Redfox.

Nice, I fitted mine painted gloss black a few years back. Yours matches nicely!

Today I felt like taking the roof liner out, so did that. No rust, no dirt, no nothing.
While I was at it, I installed a new GPS antenna (original) on the roof, so now the GPS system works perfectly again.

Kind regards,
Redfox.
