Sound from auto transmission when changing up

I am beginning to be a little concerned about a strange noise which comes from the engine or transmission on my auto when changing up from first to second and sometimes from second to third. It occurs when I accelerate and is a gurgling or overrun sound straight after the gear change has occurred. I thought it might be a loose baffle in the exhaust but if I reve the motor in neutral all is fine. The noise is quite loud and non FL lowners when in the vehicle tend to ask what the noise is. Car has done 25K and otherwise no problems.
Is it a general thing or do I need to investigate further? Ralph

It's been posted before, is this now a different noise?

Hi! No it's the same noise, just seems to be getting a little more pronounced that's all. I guess I'm looking for reassurance really. The previous post, which I contributed to, does make me feel better though! Thanks for your help. Ralph
