His 'mouse over' car says it's a TD4 S, so assuming it is and us not knowing Australian import car laws, I would think a Dealer phone call might be best or if you are familiar with the mechanics have a look underneath and look for two boxes, if 4 and 10 are there you have a Catalyser and DPF but if it's only an exhaust pipe going up to the Catalyser (4) then no.
