The Telegraph has used the forecast bad weather as an excuse to publish an item listing the ten most reliable 4x4s, based on Warranty Direct's figures. The FL2 comes a very creditable 6th, beaten only by two Subarus, the Jimny, and two Hondas! Further, it was the only European car in the top 10, with the vast majority being Japanese.

When i was getting my car serviced, the guy at the dealer told me that the Freelander 2 was LR's most reliable car. |

Was it the JD Power survey a few months ago that said the Freelander was terrible for reliability?!?
