Are these unique to Wales laws? Normally BK's wrap the said Burger, either in paper or a box and put it all in a paper bag, along with the Fries, Serviettes etc, but in Cardiff they hand it out in seperate items? So if a family of four go through the Drive Through, four separate Burgers are handed out of the window, four separate Fries, handful of Serviettes etc where as they normally put the items in a couple of paper bags.
