on both my 56 and 10 plate Fl2, the electrics did not work on either of the cars until the dealer did the programming |

sure, yes the normal electrics were fine, however the towbar electrics did not work at all until the dealer programmed them to do so It took 5 minutes, and was free |

I've just fitted a twin electric dedicated kit from PF Jones. The trailer lights including the trailer light on the dash are all working. The rear parking sensors still operate and so do the fog lights cause I haven't had it programmed yet. But it all worked out of the box for me. |

That is encouraging. The kits sold by PF Jones are Right Connections kits so that is two examples of their kits being fitted without the need for immediate re-programming.
