One cause of this is if a different phone has been connected.

FL2 looks for the last phone which was connected. If it doesn't find it, it does nothing and you have to select your phone from the menu to connect. 2013 RR Evoque Pure Tech

Mine does it. Every now and again. It is currently back at the dealers having the head unit swapped out for the service managers head unit to rule that out of the potential causes.

When mine did it, it was like the car had no bluetooth. There was no repairing option because the telephone button ceased to work.

Obviously they didn't believe me even though I filmed it on my iphone and showed them. The top workshop chap gave me a 5 minute lecture on why it was the iphones fault.....

When I showed him the video footage he still thought it was the fault of the iphone. I left him in mid sentence....

Next time it happened I was fortunate enough to be close by, so I rang the dealers and asked for the service manager to meet me. He jumped in my car, pressed the telephone button and when nothing happened told me there was a fault with the unit.......

I congratulated him for seeing what nobody else could, and now, hopefully it will be sorted out. I will let you know how I get on.

Had the managers head unit for a couple of weeks and no pairing problems whatsoever. Local dealer has authorized the replacement of my old head unit with a new one.
