With the original headlamps having separate dip and main beam lamps, the dipped beam can stay on when the main beam is engaged.

Hi Mav71 I got male set of old plugs from ebay and an auto electrian changed them for me. He put the old male plugs on to the new lights. 2013 hse auto, black, almond leather, exnon lights, factory privacy glass, exhaust finisher, rear boot spoiler, mud flaps. Body door side moulding and steps.

Ah OK, so he didn't modify the car loom, just fitted a set of older plugs to the new lights. Clever! How much we're the rear lights? Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come......... |

Hi Mav, the lights were £190. plus £50 to fit. The plug on my car fits the new LED head light but there's more male pins on the light. An auto electrian will have to sort it out? I hope that makes sence? 2013 hse auto, black, almond leather, exnon lights, factory privacy glass, exhaust finisher, rear boot spoiler, mud flaps. Body door side moulding and steps.

The old plug wires are coloured wires, but the new light and wiring is all black. I noticed the auto electrian got a electric surply from the boot light and checked each wire then check the coloured wires, then match them up. There's six wires on the old and new plug. I hope that,s a help. Its normaly you helping orthers with face-lifts 2013 hse auto, black, almond leather, exnon lights, factory privacy glass, exhaust finisher, rear boot spoiler, mud flaps.
